Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with our website presented and Amplify deems that there is nothing additional that our support team and developers can provide, we will refund you 100% of payment processed and will discontinue your site. We will also assist your new tech team with the transferring of your hosting and domain if needed.

For the $199 Accelerated Impact offer fee, due to the customization of your website at the very low cost and purchase of hosting and domain, we do not offer full refunds of the initial set up charge for those that change their minds. We refund a total of $149.

We allow up to 2 weeks or 14 calendar days after completion, to review your site to make sure that it is to your liking. Our team will attempt to accommodate your needs as much as we can. However, full-site revisions will only be done one time within the 14 day site review time span. The 14-day site review time span will commence with an email asking you to review the site for final touches. Any updates, edits, ore adjustments, will pause the 14-day site review time. Once, the update is complete the time starts again after a notification via email, text, or phone call is provided. After the 14-day site review time-span, if feedback has not been received, we consider your site to be a finished product that met your needs. You will no longer be able to make full site changes.

Additional site changes/ updates can cause an additional fee.

We reserve the right to cancel any service that does not align with our beliefs:

Amplify Logos the Living reserves the right to cancel or discontinue any website that does not align with the Christian values of our ministry or business. If such discontinuation occurs, we will give you a 30 day notice and will collaborate with your new tech team to switch over your domain to their platform/ website.

If you would like to cancel the service of your website, please send a message to the support team with “Cancellation” as the subject.

With payments processed through our platforms, there’s no refunds of any processing fee’s. You will be charged a minimal fee annually if your website does not use any payment processor. Your annual minimal reoccurring fee will be $49. If the minimal reoccurring fee is not provided and if no payments are being processed on your site, you will have 30 days to pay the annual reoccurring fee or your site may be subject to deletion.

To offset the hosting and domain costs, we charge a $49 minimal fee annually. This will begin the following year after your site is complete. You can also choose that this fee is processed monthly at $7/month.

To pay our staff and support the needs of your site, with every transaction, Amplify Logos the Living has a 7% fee. This fee occurs to support the upkeep of your site.
