FAQ’s
Can I customize text / images on one of your demo sites?
Yes! It is very important that your website reflects you and your community. You will be able to edit and update your website freely.
After my website is published and if I want changes, will I be charged any additional fees?
Your satisfaction is our priority, therefore we won’t charge you for any reasonable change requests within 15 days. Additionally, we will provide free support in first 30 days. Following months support is only $30/month.
Once I place my order how soon will my website be online?
That depends on the number of pages and the complexity of the website. Please allow 5-7 business days. We will stay in contact the complete duration. Rare circumstances may take longer.
If I want to expand my preexisting website or one you have designed before, could you help?
